At the invitation of the South Savo Vocational College (ESEDU) administration (Mikkeli, Finland), the teaching staff of the College involving 27 people visited the Skills competition Taitaja 2017 national championship in Helsinki, Finland.

Visit representative Hotel School CFPA Casargo Italy
On April 25, 2017 the representative of Hotel School CFPA Casargo Italy A.V. Gurov has visited College of tourism of St. Petersburg.
In accordance with Academical and Cultural Cooperation Agreement between College of Tourism (Saint Petersburg, Russia) and Savonlinna Vocational College (Savonlinna, Finland), a delegation of students and teachers from Savonlinna Vocational College visited the Tourism department of College of Tourism on April 11, 2017.
From the 14th to 19th of March 2017, in Italy, high in the Alps, Lombardy region, a traditional Contest “WELLNESS & ZERO WASTE” was held. According to the terms of the competition, the team consisted of four students: a cook, a pastry -cook, a waiter and a barman. The cooks had to show complicated dishes, using new technologies, which at the same time-are healthy, with low fat content. The barman was preparing an extraordinary cocktail for aperitif, and together with the waiter served the guests. The waiter had to choose the right wine, describe the dishes in details. All the service took an hour and a half and was performed in English. In the kitchen, our students also spoke English. 23 teams from 17 European countries took part in the competition.
On March 17, 2016 the delegation of representatives of system of professional education from the Kyrgyz Republic has visited College of tourism of St. Petersburg.
Finnish delegation included masters of touristic subjects, teachers of the Russian language and students specializing in “Tourism” and studying Russian as the foreign language.

On September 23, 2014 our College was visited by the Finnish delegation. The meeting has taken place in the academic buiding 154-a, Obvodny canal emb., St-Petersburg.
