Founded in 1703 by Peter I as a "window to Europe", today St. Petersburg is one of the largest centers of world culture. The development of the city's infrastructure contributes to a steady increase in the flow of tourists from abroad and other regions of Russia, which, in turn, leads to an increase in the labor market’s needs in specialists engaged in tourism, hotel and restaurant services.

Today the College is among the twenty best educational institutions of secondary vocational education in the Russian Federation that implement innovative educational projects.

Our main task is to prepare qualified specialists who are competitive on a labor market, competent, responsible, have excellent skills in their profession and are able to feel confident in the related fields of activity, capable of effective work at the level of world standards, ready for permanent professional growth, social and professional mobility.

The pedagogical team of the College creates all conditions for the student to develop a stable tendency to master his professional knowledge, skills and abilities that contribute to the professional self-realization of the individual.
