On February the 6^th, students of group 170 (profession “Waiter, Bartender”) and group 171 (specialty “Tourism and Hospitality”) visited the “Restaurant service” department in order to increase interest in their chosen profession.

In the conference room Nelly Erievna Kharchenko, head of the department, gave an introductory lecture.

Teacher-organizer Daria Borisovna Kovaleva demonstrated the presentation “Bartender’s Day”

Alexandra Strelets, student of group 470 held a thematic quiz.

Students of group 270 Yan Kostetsky, Alexandra Arefieva, Alena Gavrilova, Gleb Yakovlev presented social projects carried out under the guidance of their teacher Olga Anatolyevna Simakina.

As part of the event, guests were acquainted with the material and technical base of the department - innovative workshops created within the framework of the national project "Education"

Masters Ekaterina Ivanovna Mosina and Alexandra Aleksandrovna Matveeva, together with students of groups 270 and 370 Alexandra Makarova and Elena Dubinina, spoke about the procedure for conducting laboratory and practical work, the procedure for completing educational and professional practice, and demonstrated a master class on the preparation of non-alcoholic drinks.

We are grate full to all participants and hope that the event helped us to learn more about our chosen profession and increase motivation for further education!
