On December 14, 2023, Group 126, the students of Saint Petersburg College of Tourism, belonged to the specialty of “Tourism and Hospitality Industry”, participated in the response informative and educational webinar, dedicated to traditional dishes of Armenia, which was arranged and prepared by the teachers and the students of Yerevan State College of Humanities.

During the webinar the students of Saint Petersburg College of Tourism were greatly impressed with the diversity of Armenian dishes and mostly interested in the annual national Dolma Festival, which has been held in Armenia for 7 years. The organizers highlighted the main goal of the festival as the popularization of traditional Armenian dishes and the preservation of Armenian cuisine among numerous tourists that come to the country very year. The webinar was held at a high level; the participants of the both sides exchanged views and shared their knowledge and preferences, and were very satisfied with the organized online meeting.

All in all, holding such online meetings is mutually beneficial for two parties, as it stimulates motivation for foreign language communication and learning English, helps language learners get rid of the language barrier.
